What is the average cost for a service?

This is a tough question because it depends on the type of service, what the type of outcome is expected, and if a long-term plan is in place. We will never charge for an initial meeting to understand your needs and proposal delivery. Some services have set prices, such as web design and hosting plans. Check each individual service page to learn more about what is involved and if there is a flat fee. We do not change the pricing based on organization size, only the amount of work required. We will never ask for revenue data for the purposes of maximizing profit.

What is the Orderly Ops Tech Modernization Project?

This program is an internal project setup for nonprofits and small townships to provide pro-bono or discounted consultations to help develop tech education and digital transformation plans. The purpose of this project is to help bring tech to organizations that do not have access to the required expertise and that could use that expertise to facilitate world-impacting projects. Townships can receive discounted tech education to help educate their communities in essential information security best practices or to get help developing youth tech education programs.

What does a consultation entail?

A consultation involves being assigned a researcher who will meet with you or your team remotely. The researcher will gather information about obstacles encountered within your organization, devise a plan to overcome them cost-effectively, and deliver a comprehensive plan of action and outlined costs. If a solution does not currently exist for your needs, we will work together to devise a solution and host that solution in a cost-effective manner.

What is the consultation process?

Regardless of the service you are looking for, everything begins with a meet and greet. The meet and greet is a free one-hour session hosted virtually. In the virtual session, we get to know your organization, the vision, and expectations, and gather information that will help us put together a project proposal. You are not obligated to accept the proposal and there is no cost associated. If the proposal is accepted, any upfront cost will be invoiced and the work will commence. Depending on the size of the project, there may be regular virtual check-ins, in accordance to Agile (Scrum) best practices.
